System requirements
Use this page before installing LetSecure on a production server.
Server requirements
Section titled “Server requirements”| Requirement | Details |

| Operating system | Linux server or VPS. |
| Access | Root or sudo access. |
| Service manager | systemd is recommended because LetSecure installs services. |
| Network | A public or reachable network interface, such as eth0, ens3, or enp1s0. |
| License | A LetSecure license key is required to enable protection. |
Supported package managers
Section titled “Supported package managers”The installer can install runtime packages automatically when one of these package managers is available:

Runtime packages
Section titled “Runtime packages”The installer may install these packages:

Package names can vary slightly by distribution.
Network requirements
Section titled “Network requirements”LetSecure needs:
- Outbound HTTPS access to download release files.
- Access to the LetSecure CDN.
- Inbound access to the LetCore panel port, usually
3789, from your admin IP.
Recommended before install
Section titled “Recommended before install”- Keep provider console access available.
- Know your server network interface name.
- Keep an existing SSH session open while testing protection changes.
- Have your license key ready.
