Uninstall

Use this page when you want to remove LetSecure from a server.

Before uninstalling

Section titled “Before uninstalling”

Write down anything you may need later:

  • License key.
  • Network interface name.
  • Enabled profiles.
  • Custom rules.
  • Blocked countries.

Uninstall from the dashboard

Section titled “Uninstall from the dashboard”
  1. Open the LetCore panel.
  2. Go to Services.
  3. Click Uninstall.
  4. Read the confirmation message.
  5. Confirm only if you want to remove LetSecure.

The uninstall action stops LetCore and LetXDP and removes installed files, configuration, state, and logs.

If the dashboard is not available

If the uninstall helpers are installed, you can use the server shell:

sudo letcore-uninstall
sudo letxdp-uninstall

If those commands are not available, reinstall or contact support before manually deleting files.

After uninstalling

Section titled “After uninstalling”

Check that your services still work without LetSecure protection. If you opened firewall access only for LetCore, you can close that access after removal.
