Troubleshooting

Check:

  • You are using http://YOUR_SERVER_IP:3789.
  • LetCore is running.
  • Port 3789 is reachable.
  • Your IP is allowed by Control panel source.

Server command:

Terminal window
sudo systemctl status letcore

If you saved the installer output, check it first. If you changed the password later and cannot recover it, use server access or your provider console and contact support before changing files manually.

Check:

  • License is saved and active.
  • Network interface name is correct.
  • The server supports the selected XDP mode.
  • LetXDP was installed successfully.

Server command:

Terminal window
sudo systemctl status letxdp

If you can still open the panel:

  1. Go to Network configuration.
  2. Disable the last profile or rule you enabled.
  3. Check Analytics.

If you are locked out, use provider console and stop protection:

Terminal window
sudo systemctl stop letxdp

Then reopen the panel or fix the rule.

Large countries can take 2-5 minutes to apply. Wait for the country status to finish.

If countries are missing, open Services and update or reinstall LetGeo. From a shell you can also refresh only LetGeo:

Terminal window
sudo ./install.sh --only-letgeo

Check:

  • Stats and logging toggle is on.
  • LetXDP is running.
  • Traffic is actually reaching the server.
  • LetGeo is installed for country Analytics.
