Game profiles

Open Network configuration > Profiles.

Game profiles are protections designed for specific game server traffic. They appear with the other ready-made profiles.

ColumnMeaning
ProfileThe game protection name.
ValueThe game server port or other setting the profile needs.
AboutWhat the profile checks.
StatusWhether the profile is enabled or disabled.

The Minecraft profile validates Minecraft TCP handshakes before allowing traffic to the server.

Input:

InputWhat to enter
Minecraft portThe port your Minecraft server uses. Default is 25565.
  1. Enter the Minecraft port.
  2. Click Enable.
  3. Connect with a Minecraft client.
  4. Open Analytics and check for unexpected drops.

Check:

  • The Minecraft port is correct.
  • The Minecraft server is running.
  • LetXDP is active on the Services page.
  • Geo-blocking or a custom rule is not blocking your players.
